SOLD Vintage designer signed SPHINX Jewelled Brooch and Earclips

Here we have a superb vintage Brooch with matching clip on earrings signed by  makers ' Sphinx’ - high quality costume jewellery designers under the Ciro brand in the UK.   The set consists of 'Paisley' shaped arrangements in a gold tone finish. The brooch and earrings are set with  large, bright, glass crystal jewels in a myriad of Autumn colours and a variety of shapes.  There are tiny white diamanté in the curved shaped decoration and brown, bright orange and iridescent golden yellow Austrian crystals too. The jewels are Navette shaped and round in various sizes with the earclips matching so well. The metal work, gold plate, Is in great order to the front and  on the reverse of each piece.  The Brooch, which fastens with a secure roll-over type clasp is approximately 7cms by 5cms  in  and the earrings are about  3cms in length and 2cms wide and have a comfortable ear-clip.  This vintage set has all the style you would expect from the late 1960's to early 1970's when they were made.  This brooch with its matching earrings is in very good condition.
