SOLD Vintage signed STRATTON Seahorse Tie Clasp or Clip

Here is a chrome plated vintage tie clip from the Birmingham manufacturer Stratton who are well known for their high quality tie pins, cufflinks and compacts made from the 1930s onwards.  This collectable tie pin features a fantastic detailed image of a Seahorse with tail curled up.   Dating from circa 1960s - 1970s this vintage tie clip is in good condition and 7 cms in length by 2 cm at its widest point.  It fastens to the tie by a slide and clip method and is marked to the reverse with the words - 'Stratton's imitation made in England'.
