A Lea Stein Classic Car Brooch in Glitter Silver and Black Vintage Vehicle Pin

Here we have a marvellous pin in the form of a limo, a very posh vehicle indeed!  This vintage vehicle is so much fun.  It is a real roadster with its classic shape, realistic wheels and glittery running board and headlight. This Limousine Car pin from Lea Stein of Paris has a touch of old Hollywood glamour about it. The perfect piece for your lapel or hat if you love an old fashioned car!  This new brooch has real silver glitter on its running board with black for the vehicle. The 3-D "super wheels" ,in black and white with circular layers, make the car look like its moving. The reverse is most interesting too.  Collectors will know that Lea Stein's work sometimes uses random laminates on the brooch reverse. Such a good thing which eliminates waste and adds to the unique nature of each hand- finished pin. On here there is a patterned laminate in brown and green with an abstract foliate pattern - most unusual and not a laminate I have ever seen on the front of a Lea Stein brooch in all my years of dealing and collecting them!   This Car brooch measures approximately 2.75 inches by 1 inch at its widest parts and has the traditional Lea Stein pin back with a roll-over type fastener.  The piece is signed - 'Lea Stein, Paris'. This is a contemporary design from Lea Stein who is famed for her jewellery, particularly her animal designs which have featured cats, foxes, dogs, birds and many other things over her history.
