Yellow Rose Brooch - Vintage Pin (SOLD)
This little yellow rose brooch dates to circa the late 1950s or early 1960s. The brooch is finished in cold enamel with the rose bud hand painted in yellow and the leaves in bright green. The leaves have the added advantage of little rows of marcasite jewels in them for a subtle touch of sparkle. This vintage brooch is very like the signed "Exquisite" Birthday Flower range; I cannot find the usual signature but it is possible this may be one of the Exquisite range. The brooch, which has a silver tone finish, is offered in very good order. Approximate measurements for this vintage flower pin are 2 inches by 1 inch at the widest points. The Yellow Rose Brooch fastens with a pin and guarded 'c' type clasp.
