Vintage Trifari Earrings with Faux Pearl and Diamante(Sold)

These earclips are in excellent condition and are from the top quality American costume jewellery house of 'Trifari'.  The focal point is a white, irridescent elongated faux pearl - a sort of 'upside down teardrop' shape. This fabulous pearl, which glows with all the lustre of the 'real thing', is nestled in a diamante studded cup and is surrounded by individual leaf or petal shapes which are also encrusted with diamante gems. The effect is something like a Cala Lily.  The metal is in a silvertone finish and is pristine.  Benefitting from a 'Trifari' comfort clip fastening, these vintage earrings will curl neatly up your earlobe to add a touch of  vintage glamour.  It is hard to believe they are costume jewels and not fine jewelry! These earrings are circa 1960's in date.
