Vintage Mother of Pearl Tie Tack(Sold)

Here is a squared oval of natural shell mother of pearl set into a rope effect border.  The metal is goldtone and has a pin and twist back fastening with a chain and bar which helps to hold the tie in place by slipping neatly through a buttonhole.  This is a classic style which is easy to wear and will match easily to mother of pearl cufflinks. A vintage accessory, this tie pin dates from circa 1970.
