Vintage Comb - 1940s Mock Tortoise with a Trio of Diamante Jewel Flowers (SOLD)

Vintage side comb from the 1940s with the added pleasure of a trio of little diamante studded floral decorations.  This comb is in a moulded plastic celluloid type material and is trying really hard to look like blonde tortoishell with little swirls of brown throughout.  The comb is a small size 10cms by 5.5 cms but it would add a touch of vintage style to your hair do.  The curved prongs would work perfectly in a bun type style.   It would be lovely for occasion wear but it would be equally useful as an everyday hair pin. This hair accessory is in excellent order.
