Sparkle! - Victorian Paste Brooch on Glittery New Hair Band

Here is a genuine Victorian Paste Brooch on a silvery glittered New flexible hairband.  Interestingly enough the final result makes it look like a 1920's Flapper's Headband and the hair ornament can be worn across the front of the head too - Flapper style!  The little antique paste brooch on this hair band is 9 tenths of an inch in diameter.  It is a domed shape with 20 claw set sparkling white diamante stones set in a brass metal.  The metal takes on a patina over the years so it has an old gold colour now!  In common with many 19th Century brooches the pin is longer than the brooch so this item would be unsuitable for a child as the pin point is unguarded!  This particular hair band has teeth so the brooch can be securely fastened between them to be in exactly the position you need it! I have shown the finished band on both of my life size models - Ellie and Kate and on real hair too so you can see how the band will work.  If you desire the total flapper look then there are some suitable necklaces on site too!
