SOLD Vintage Miracle Scarf Ring - Jewel set - Faux Turquoise, Faux Moonstone and Faux Agates

Here we have a vintage signed Miracle scarf ring or scarf toggle. This is a pretty design in a pewter-tone finish with forked metal rays and nine glass cabochon jewels. There is a central Faux Blue Turquoise,  There are also four oval jewels - in a striped finish - one black, one brown and one grey - all a lot like an agate or banded carnelian. Plus one more oval in green and black like malachite. Each of the four peardrop shaped  stones are imitations of natural moonstone. Very effective and reminiscent of the so called 'Pebble' jewellery so loved by Queen Victoria . Miracle jewellery has its own following and there is a collectors society here in the UK. This vintage scarf ornament functions by sliding your scarf through the figure of eight rings and knotting the scarf tails in place. This distinctive scarf ornament measures 3.5cms by 4.5cms.  This scarf slide is in great condition and although its very hard to read the Miracle signature this is definitely a piece by this jewellery house. I would estimate that this scarf ring dates to the 1970s.
