SOLD Vintage Diamante Necklace with Swag, Flower and Peardrop Detail
A Vintage 1950s necklace with the look of the earlier Edwardian period is on offer here. The necklace consists of lots of bright twinkling diamante jewels and all of them have been claw set by hand. There is one large pear drop jewel in the very centre of the necklace looped onto a floral cluster. Either side of this are more pear drop jewels connected to the swags and a further two floral clusters of a smaller size all in white diamante stones. This vintage diamante necklace is in excellent condition and has a neat fastener of the kind usually found on top quality costume jewellery and pearl necklaces. Diamante jewellery is always a great choice for bridal wear, balls and parties and this gorgeous 1950s necklace would be very suitable for a special occasion. Measurements are 16 inches in length when fastened with the central cluster and jewel drop together hanging 3cms or 1.25 inches. This old diamante necklace is set in a rhodium plated metal and has been 'Made in England' - this fact is proudly marked on the clasp!
