SOLD Art Deco Orange Jewelled Buckle - Two Piece Belt Buckle Bohemian circa 1920

This two-piece belt buckle has a strong Art Deco design.  It features three Orange Glass jewels one a large domed rectangle to the centre and two smaller pieces to each side. It is likely they were intended to imitate coral. The metal is gilded brass which has pressed decoration all over it.  The buckle is likely to be Bohemian in origin although jewellery of this kind was also made in France and this is a very chic item.  The condition is excellent with out any wear to the gilding and with all three lovely jewels in tip top order.  This buckle is ready to be added to your collection or to be used again on a belt to add a stunning decoration to any outfit.  This Art Deco buckle measures just under 8cms by just over 4cms so it is a decent size and is sure to be noticed.
