SOLD A Faux Amethyst Vintage Miracle Scarf Ring 1970s

Here we have a vintage signed Miracle scarf ring or scarf toggle. This is a pretty design in a pewter-tone finish with a celtic engraved border.  There is one larger oval faceted jewel which is a striped purple faux amethyst.  Very effective and reminiscent of the so called 'Pebble' jewellery so loved by Queen Victoria . Miracle jewellery has its own following and there is a collectors society here in the UK. This vintage scarf ornament functions by sliding your scarf through the figure of eight rings and knotting the scarf tails in place. This distinctive scarf ornament measures 3.5 cms by slightly under 3cms. This scarf slide is in excellent condition and although not signed it is a piece by Miracle. I would estimate that this scarf ring dates to the 1970s.
