Naval Crown Brooch - Sterling Silver Badge - Navy Crown Pin (SOLD)

This is a Sterling Silver Brooch , Pin or Badge in the design of the Naval Crown or Navy Crown.  A nice example of a military badge or sweetheart pin this is a vintage silver brooch.  Simply marked with the word 'silver' ,this vintage silver brooch is in excellent condition, it measures 1 inch by half an inch and it fastens with a secure roll over type clasp and pin.

The Navy Crown was first used in Roman times and it depicts ship's sails and sterns cleverly arranged in a crown shape.  This cast silver version is extremely detailed.
