Miniature Bohemian Brooch / Lace Pin date 1910 - 1920 (SOLD)

This tiny pin is a superb example of Bohemian filigree work from the early 20th Century.  Just 2cms ( under an inch!) in diameter this is small but perfectly formed!  The central cabouchon is a faux carnelian and it is surrounded by tiny claw-set jewels of many colours. It is gilded brass and fastens with an old-fashioned 'c' clasp. People often refer to pins this tiny as 'lace' or 'veil' pins.
