Edwardian Filigree Panel Bracelet set with Blue and White Crystals (SOLD)
This bracelet dates from the English Edwardian period (1901-1910 ) and is a stunning example. The piece is made out of pressed filigree, probably brass which was then silvered. The quality of the large glass crystals is exceptional. These crystals are claw-set and have no foiling which means that they will keep their brightness and will not go dull or yellow. It is further enhanced by the use of small flat-back diamante stones. Each large filigree panel measures approx 2.5cms by 2cms. The bracelet measures just under 17cms (approx 6.5 inches) and is fastened by a bolt ring clasp. It is in excellent condition.
