Bohemian Blue - 1920's Brooch on New Plaited Grecian Style Hair Band

This is a superb Bohemian Pressed Filigree Brooch pinned on a New Faux Leather Plaited Grecian Style Hair Band.  The Brooch, which dates from circa 1920s, has a gorgeous large blue cut glass jewel in the centre and 22 flat back faceted glass blue jewels in various sizes dotted over it.  The Vintage Brooch has a  silvertone lacy pressed filigree design in layers and is extremely pretty.  It measures just over 2 and a quarter inches in length and 1 and a quarter inches in width with the central blue jewel being half an inch in diameter.  I have simply pinned this brooch onto a modern high street hair band which is a faux leather in silver colour.  It is in a plaited style with the faux leather mounted onto a solid white plastic hairband which is flexible - one size fits all!  I have shown the band on my lifesize model to give an idea of how it might be worn.  If you like the brooch and would prefer to mount it on a bespoke hair band it can be easily removed for this purpose.  It would be the perfect 'Something Blue' for the Bride!
