Art Deco Revival 1970s Cufflinks - Stepped Squares on Silver Mesh Design
Cufflinks are always a great gift choice and this pair from the 1970s are really a smart option. There is a silver tone square detail with a stepped and cut design reminiscent of the Art Deco but with leanings towards abstract design. The Square, which for information is approx 17 mms by 17 mms, has a textured surface pattern and the cufflinks have a great modern look. The square panels on these links are set on decorative woven silver mesh connectors which sets them off to good effect. This pair of cufflinks are in Excellent condition. They are funky and really collectable and back in fashion again today. The textured surfaces on jewellery like this always reminds me of the late Andrew Grima whose 1960s and 1970s jewels in real gold and silver were iconic!
