Art Deco Jewelled Buckle - Bohemian circa 1920
This belt buckle has a strong Art Deco design. It features three triangular Pekin Glass jewels and two glass jewels which imitate natural carnelian stones. The metal is gilded brass which has pressed decoration all over it. The buckle is likely to be Bohemian in origin although jewellery of this kind was also made in France and this is a very chic item. The condition is excellent with out any wear to the gilding and with all five lovely jewels in tip top order. This buckle is ready to be added to your collection or to be used again on a belt to add a stuning decoration to any outfit. This Art Deco buckle measures just under 8cms by just over 4cms so it is a decent size and is sure to be noticed.
