1950s Vintage Diamante Necklace with Swagged detail (sold)

Diamante necklaces from the 1940s and 1950s are always an elegant choice for a special occasion or bridal jewellery and this one is lovely.  Here we have a necklace with almost 100 individual claw-set diamante jewels in it.  They are facet-cut glass crystal and are all round in shape and generally nice and twinkly.  The necklace is white metal, rhodium plated and is in very good condition. In the centre of the necklace is a design of three trefoils, three swags and three larger stones.  The measurements are 15.5 inches in length and a middle width of approx 1.5 inches in the centre.  This 1950s necklace fastens with a bolt ring type clasp. Perfect sparkly jewellery for sparkling occasions and party wear!
