1940s to 1950s Diamanté Faux Sapphire Drop Necklace - Fabulous English Vintage Collar

Vintage necklaces are always a fab choice as they have a unique style.  You will be buying a vintage necklace which is over 70 years old but appears as fresh in its design today. This diamanté and faux sapphire jewelled  necklace will please both those who love vintage costume and those who are looking for an accessory for a wedding, party or ball.    The key elements in this beautiful diamanté necklace are the large central oval shaped sapphire-look jewel drop surrounded by champagne-toned navette shaped jewels and round crystals.   This lovely vintage necklace has both deep blue, white and champagne coloured foil backed and claw set stones.   The necklace is made up in a rhodium plated white metal and is in excellent condition.  Measuring 17 inches from clasp ( marked Made in England) to the end with the sapphire jewelled pendant  being 1.5 inches in drop,   this necklace sits really well and is shown on my life sized model.
