1940's Signed Coro, USA Romantic tied flower brooch in Gold on Sterling Silver (SOLD)
Here we have a 1940's romantic gold on silver signed Coro brooch. The design is of a bow securing ten individual flowers into a bouquet. Each flower consists of a five petalled cup, each cup holds a jewel in either green, blue, mauve or yellow. The colour is what is termed as ' Russian Gold' a slightly warm, slightly pink tone but not as strong as the Rose gold colour. Measuring approx 3.25 inches by 2.25 inches at its widest points this is a decent statement brooch. It is in very good condition with just a little wear commensurate with its age. This brooch secures on a guarded safety clasp.
