1940s Dress Clip -Carved Butterscotch Bakelite 1940s Dress Dress Clip in “V” Shape

Dress Clips from the 1940s are among my favourite type of early plastic jewellery.  This delightful butterscotch yellow dress clip is in the form of three stylised leaves and would look lovely on the lapel of a jacket or over the neck line of a tee shirt or dress.  This deco era dress clip is made from genuine Bakelite and have been hand carved.  The dress clip has a chromed white metal clip with three little claws to fasten it tight.  The condition of this piece of Bakelite jewellery is excellent.  Size is 3.5cms by about 4cms with a thickness of almost 0.5 cms.  Add this art deco bakelite dress clip to your collection or use it for adding a touch of sunshine to your vintage outfit.
