1930's Bohemian Filigree Dress Clip in Antiqued Brass with Bright Jewels

Here is a pretty jewelled dress clip from the 1930s Art Deco era set with bright coloured glass gems.   Dotted over this vintage dress clip are eleven circular claw set stones or pastes. The claw set jewels vary in size; there are two jewels in golden yellow,  three in shades of blue, two jewels  in a red, two in pink  plus two in green in this Art Deco Dress Clip.  This brass gold toned clip is made of a pressed filigree and has a patina creating a gorgeous antique look to the front. The filigree work is open with scrolls and curls decorating it. It is shaped as a stylised curved leaf and the back of the clip has a more shiny brass metal colour to it.  Jewelry of this kind, with machine-pressed filigree hand-set with glass jewels, often came from Czechoslovakia. This vintage dress clip measures five centimetres by two and a half centimetres and fastens with a tight snapping clip with three little 'teeth' which ensure it stays in place.  Wear your dress clip on a hat band, neckline, in the buttonhole or on a lapel.
