This is another wonderful example of Celtic style jewellery by 'Miracle'. It is always good when you find necklaces and pendants by the Miracle company, as there seems to be less of them around than the more usual Miracle Brooches. This Celtic Circle Pendant is in a pewtertone metal. It has four dark purple enamelled triangles with traditional engraved patterns around them and a dark purple enamel square in the centre. Surrounding this are four stripey two-tone mauve art glass gems. I would estimate this piece to date from the 1970's onwards. The pendant, which measures approximately 1.5 inches in diameter. This traditional celtic jewelled pendant is beautifully finished on the reverse, where it bears the classic 'Miracle' signature. The chain is a silvertone textured chain 27 inches long, which fastens with a decorated clip type clasp. This fabulous piece of vintage costume jewelry is in excellent condition and would appeal to collectors of Celtic and Miracle jewellery alike.
