This vintage brooch shows a daisy type flower with eight white petals and four green variegated leaves on a black background. The design is mounted in a goldtone filigree mount which makes a pretty frame for this floral picture. I would estimate that the brooch is circa 1950s or 1960s in date. The micromosaic work is very nice and the brooch was probably a souvenir piece. Measuring 1.25 inches in diameter this vintage brooch fastens with a secure roll over type clasp and is marked ITALY to the reverse.
