Here is a beautiful metal cold enamel brooch dating from the 1960s to the early 1970's. It is a soft creamy yellow colour on the natural shaped petals with a black stamen effect centre. The flower head sits at the top of a Golden stylised stem with two tiny leaves. The flower part measures approx 2 inches in diameter and the length from top to bottom of the brooch is 4 inches. This piece could be American or European and is typical of the Flower Power Jewellery in the Hippy era. It would make a delightful corsage and would look very chic on a lapel. This vintage brooch has a gold finish to the revers and a v type pin which fastens with a secure roll-over type clasp. It is in excellent condition.
