Vintage Exquisite Brooch -1960's Ivy Leaves Brooch signed 'Exquisite' (Small Size)

This lovely cold enamel brooch is one of a range of  Leaf  brooches designed in the 1960's by Exquisite Jewellery Ltd., of Solihull, Warwickshire, England.  All of their designs were registered to prevent other companies copying!  I have been advised that the company behind the brand, W.A.P. Watson, used designers from Paris to come up with their popular ranges, but I haven't managed to find this fact documented in writing yet!  The colouring on this pin really makes it look like a real leaf.  It is a smaller sized piece, measuring approx 1.5 ins x 1.25 ins ( 4 x 3.5 cms) The brooch has a gold tone finish to the branch and edges of the 3 leaves and over on the reverse where it bears the 'Exquisite' signature. This great little piece of vintage costume jewelry fastens with a secure roll over type clasp.  Lovely for collectors and those who love vintage style, or even for a gal named 'Ivy'!
