This is a nice traditional Highland Dirk or Dagger pin. I think it is by by Miracle but I cannot see a signature on the reverse. This Dagger Brooch is in the usual pewter coloured metal. It is highly decorative with celtic scrolls to the sides of the dagger and a very detailed handle or hilt with a cross hatched pattern. The pewter tone metail makes a perfect background for the faceted glass faux citrine, and the faux jade, faux malachite and faux carnelian gems that are set into this brooch. A little over 3 inches in length, this Highland Dirk Brooch fastens with a secure roll over type clasp. It is in excellent condition and is a vintage item circa the 1970s.
