Victorian / Edwardian Hair Pins in Original Paper Wrappers (SOLD)

This is an interesting group.  Four packets of unopened Hair pins from the late Victorian, early Edwardian times.  The manufacturers of the smaller three packets ( approx. measurement 5cms/2ins) are Kirby, Beard & Co. of London and Birmingham and the packet declares the contents to be "Best double japanned invisible Hair Pins"!  The larger burgundy pack ( approx. measurment 7cms/2.5 ins) has faded gold writing and it is impossible to read!   Of great interest to collectors of packaging or anyone interested in glamour, beauty and hairdressing from the past!  The price is for all four packs.
