Pretty Austrian Crystal Necklace circa 1960s(Sold)

This is a chic and simple necklace which benefits from a longer than average chain making it a generous 19 inches in length.  There are two rows of sparkly gems - a total of 42 individual claw-set  Austrian crystals.  These are top quality lead crystals which are irridized to make them twinkle with crisp tones of pink,mauve and gold.  It is finished in a rhodium plate which has a steely silver look to it.  This vintage  necklace dates from circa 1960, it is in excellent order and is simple to fasten with its bolt ring clasp.  A lovely, classic piece for a Bride or formal occasion.  It is also simple enough to compliment many outfits - a summer frock or even jeans and a T shirt if you like to sparkle!
