Lucite Floral Earrings - 1940's - 1950's Screw-On Earrings

Two button domes of reverse carved lucite make up this classic pair of earrings which date from the 1940s to the 1950s.   With each earring being hand carved there are subtle differences between them but they have a great effect with yellow and whitish pink flowers and green blue leaves in a yellow criss cross vase. This is a lovely pair of Vintage Screw on Earrings.  Each disc measures just under 2cms in diameter and almost 1cms at the height of the dome.   These old earrings fasten with a brass back plate and brass screw-on device.  The flowers have a faded effect making them perfect to match to those summer outfits and a great addition to any collection of early bakelite era plastic jewellery.
