Celluloid Tortoiseshell Colour Haircomb - Art Deco 1920's/1930's (sold)

This is a really showstopping haircomb.  It is a great colour - a sort of mottled tortoiseshell shade . It has a strong art deco design, a bit like a "sunburst", typical of the late 1920's early 1930's. It measures approx 13cms (5.2 inches) from tip of prongs to top of comb and the widest point across is 12.5cms (almost 5 inches).
