1940's Silver Seagull Brooch (Sorry this item is sold)

This Seagull brooch is in full flight!  He is English Sterling Silver and was hallmarked in Birmingham in 1945, there is a maker's mark of 'T & S' stamped on the back of the brooch.  The brooch appears to have been made by the casting process and has great detail in the feathers and face of the bird.  His wing span is approx 7.5cms (almost 3ins) and he is approx 2 cms (.75 of an inch) at his widest point.  The pin fastens with a simple 'c' type clasp.
