1920's/1930's Deep-Carved Casein Bangle (Sorry this item is sold)

This is a lovely detailed little bangle from the art deco era.  It is decorated all round with deep-carved stylised flowers and leaves as well as dots and dashes.  The colour is Ivory cream. It is made from Casein, a milk-based plastic often used to make jewellery, buttons and buckles in those days.  It measures approx 7cms (2 and a quarter ins) across the opening and would group well or is great just on its own!
